& Restoration.
Repair what is worth saving, rebuild what is not, and finish it so it holds up to a Florida summer.
What we do
A Tired Fence Is Rarely a Dead One
Most fences look finished long before they are. Sun greys the pickets, rain swells the boards and a couple of leaning posts make the whole run look like a teardown, when the majority of it is still solid.
We start by walking the line and separating the two. Rotted pickets, failed posts, cracked rails and gates that drag all get repaired. Everything still sound gets cleaned, brightened and sanded back to a surface worth finishing. That is almost always a fraction of the cost of a full replacement.
Then the finish, and the choice matters. Paint gives full colour and a harder shell, hides mismatched repairs and is what most people want on a front fence, gate or railing. Stain soaks in, lets the grain show and weathers gradually instead of peeling, which suits long runs of privacy fencing. We will tell you which fits your fence rather than defaulting to one.
Either way it leaves here sealed against the weather instead of raw and waiting to grey again.

How it works
One Process. Premium Results.
Assess
We walk the whole run with you and separate what needs replacing from what only needs restoring, then price both clearly.
Repair
Rotted pickets out, posts reset and re-concreted, leaning sections pulled straight, gates rehung so they swing and latch properly.
Clean & Brighten
Wash off the grey and the growth, then a brightener to pull the natural tone back before anything gets sealed in.
Paint & Seal
Premium paint or stain worked into dry wood, both sides and the post tops, so it repels water instead of sitting on top of it.

Fence FAQ
Should I repair my fence or replace it?
Usually repair. If the posts are solid and most pickets are sound, restoring costs far less than replacement and lasts years. A few bad sections do not mean the whole run is finished. We will tell you honestly when something is genuinely past saving rather than selling you a rebuild you do not need.
Paint or stain — which is better on a fence?
Paint gives full colour and a harder shell, and it hides replaced boards and repairs far better, which is why it suits front fences, gates and railings. Stain soaks in, shows the grain and weathers gradually rather than peeling, which suits long privacy runs. We recommend based on the fence and its condition.
How long does the finish last here?
Paint on a fence typically holds five to seven years in Central Florida, stain three to five. Sun exposure is the biggest factor — west-facing and unshaded sections always go first, and the side facing the street usually needs attention before the rest.
Can you fix posts that are leaning or wobbling?
Yes. Leaning is nearly always a post problem rather than a fence problem. We reset and re-concrete the failed posts, pull the section straight and rehang any gate on that run so it swings and latches square again.
Can you match the colour already on my fence?
In most cases. We colour match so a repaired or repainted section does not stand out from the rest of the run. If the existing finish has faded unevenly, we will usually recommend doing the full run so it reads as one fence.
